Wealthminder partners with Registered Independent Advisors (RIAs) to help provide personalized investment advice through a modern and beautiful user experience. It was founded by Richard Ellinger in June 2013. The platform allows RIAs to provide their own capital market assumptions and goal glide paths which the system then uses to provide personalized advice tailored for each user and their long-term financial goals.
Wealthminder started operations in June 2013 and delivered its first public beta in December 2013 which was a direct-to-consumer product helping Americans by providing goal-based advice (initially just asset allocation). In April 2014 the company released their full-automated Action Plan which made specific buy/sell recommendations based on an individual's holdings. After a pivot to focus on the independent advisor space, they released their first white-label version for advisors, partnering with Martin Hopkins and FIN-GOT to provide a new avenue for Hopkins Financial Services to reach younger, millennial clients. Most recently, they have partnered with Sheryl Garrett to provide their updated application platform to her network of 300+ financial advisors.
