nclud is a boutique digital design agency that designs experiences across many verticals, mediums and devices. Their clients vary from early stage start-ups, to the Fortune 100, to others in between.  Major clients include Oracle, NASDAQ, Politico, the National Journal, Mashable, and the Washington Post. [1]

Headquartered in Washington D.C., nclud is a privately held company founded on January 18, 2007.  In June of 2012,  Twitter hired 4 of nclud's 10 staff, including co-founders Martin Ringlein and Alex Giron.  Later that year, BrowserMedia, a web-design firm, took over the 6 other staff members and relocated the team from Bethesda to downtown Washington D.C. [2]  In 2014, the design agency, which hosts frequent digital events in its Washington D.C., (up to 100 in 2014), decided that those interested in using their office space for events would have to donate to others in the DC Metro community who have little or no access to technology. Rather than charge fees to use their space, nclud now works with event hosts to set a donation amount. [3]
